Walking Dead Season 2 game now available

Telltale Games on Wednesday released the first episode of Walking Dead Season 2, the new installment to their popular (and award-winning) game. It's available for multiple platforms including iOS and Mac.

Walking Dead Season 2 picks up the story of Clementine, a young girl left to fend for herself in the wake of the zombie apocalypse. As the name of the game suggests, Walking Dead is based on Robert Kirkman's graphic novel and the enormously popular television series of the same name. The characters are different (though some fan favorites showed up in Season 1).

This is a zombie game of a different stripe than most; it's an adventure game that, while occasionally spiced with some action, focuses more on the decisions you make, which affect the flow of the story.

Just as before, Walking Dead Season 2 is being released episodically in five parts. The first part is available now. Mac or Windows users interested in the game can visit the Telltale Games web site for more details.

This app sounds awesome, based on this trailer. The narrator's dialogue is hauntingly entrapping. I've never even watched an episode of the series, so I'm not sure if I feel like playing "catch-up" at this point.

This is a pretty nice game! So many games out there to choose from. It's hard to decide. Thanks for the review and video!
