Apple has released the third beta of watchOS 2.2 available for developers. The configuration profile for the update can be downloaded right now from watchOS Developer Resource Center by interested developers. If you've previously installed a beta of watchOS 2.2, you can also download this update over-the-air in the Apple Watch companion app on your iPhone.

The update is only available for registered developers, and you'll need to install the iOS 9.3 beta in order to use it. What sort of changes and improvements we'll see in watchOS 2.2 remain unclear at this time.
