Each week, the App Store highlights some of the best new and updated apps. This week, we have Tweetbot 4, Need for Speed: No Limits, and apps from Latino and Hispanic developers.

We start this week in new apps with Tweetbot 4, the latest version of the popular third party Twitter app from Tapbots. Business analytics app Numerics has also been updated. Box Capture is a new app from Box that lets you easily take and share photos and video. Finally, Weebly has updated its website creation app for both the iPhone and iPad, adding a real-time dashboard, drag-and-drop editing, and more.

New games this week start with EA's Need For Speed: No Limits. We also have hocus, a geometric puzzle game. You can solve different 3D puzzle in Kubiko. You'll also need to dodge obstacles in The Balloons, an "endless floater" with an 8-bit art style.

Apple is celebrating Latino and Hispanic developers this week as part of Hispanic Heritage Month. Apps being highlighted include Duolingo, which helps you learn a new language, Drawing Together, the shared screen doodling app, and The Everything Machine, which lets you build little applets on your phone.
