Airmail for Mac adds Fantastical 2 support and more in version 2.1

There are several enhancements in Airmail 2.1. The app has a new layout for the message composer, and now supports Fantastical 2. When you add a Gmail account to Airmail, you can now view threaded conversations in Gmail accounts. Items can now also be sent to the app's extension.
