Apple is working to fix an issue that causes some iPad Pros to become unresponsive

If you have bought an iPad Pro and have been having problems with the 12.9-inch tablet displaying a black screen and becoming unresponsive, you are not alone. Apple has posted up a new support document on its site stating it is working to fix this issue.

Apple's support page does offer a temporary workaround:

To get back to using your iPad Pro, force restart it by pressing and holding both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo. Apple is aware of this issue and is investigating.

We will post an update when Apple has released a permanent solution to this issue.
