Drafts gains support for 3D Touch, adds keyboard shortcut list on iPad

Hot on the heels of its recent update with support for iOS 9, text editor Drafts has been updated yet again, this time adding more support for iOS 9 on the iPad, along with the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus in the form of 3D Touch. With 3D Touch support you can now launch Draft actions directly from the app's icon.

Drafts 4.5.4 also features better support for external keyboards on the iPad, now utilizing the keyboard overlay which displays the app's keyboard shortcuts. Check the list below for everything you'll find in the update.

  • [New] 3D Touch quick actions for creating drafts and navigating to inbox.
  • [New] Support for external keyboard shortcut key overlay. Hold down command key on external keyboard to get overlay displaying shortcut keys configured (for information on assigning keyboard shortcuts, visit help.agiletortoise.com).
  • [Fix] An action with a script that changed the draft content, and a URL step after, could result in changes not being saved.

You can grab Drafts 4.5.4 from the App Store right now.
