Apple is now asking for a delay in an ongoing iPhone unlock case in New York pending the results of the FBI's proposed unlock method in the similar San Bernardino case.
The FBI says that the tool that it recently purchased to unlock the iPhone 5c of one of the San Bernardino shooters doesn't work with the iPhone 5s or newer devices.
