Hyperlapse 1.1 lets you make time-lapse selfies

Instagram has updated Hyperlapse video app to version 1.1, adding the ability to take time-lapse videos with the iPhone's front-facing camera. So if you've been wanting to add a little more to your selfies, then this is the update for you.

Hyperlapse now features a new button on the app's home screen. Simply press it to flip your view, and start shooting video with the FaceTime camera. You can then of course share the video through Facebook and Instagram, or save it for later.

iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus owners should also notice that Hyperlapse now supports the resolutions of the new Retina HD displays in this update. There are also a number of bug fixes and improvements.

You can download Hyperlapse 1.1 from the App Store right now.
