In a change to the advertised programming, the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c has now gone on general sale from the online Apple Store in the UK. Apple sent out a press release earlier in the week confirming that worldwide online sales would begin at 12:01am PDT, but that now seems to have become 12:01am here in the UK, and 01:01am across other European launch countries.

We already new pricing – starting from £549 for the 16GB version – but the disappointment here is that all models are showing 7-10 business day shipping. Amid rampant Internet speculation that stocks are somewhat limited at launch, going out real early to your local Apple Store still seems like the best option.

Who stayed up to order one? Or are you – like me – about to head out to your local Apple Store?
