The latest video from The Magnetic Zeros was shot entirely on the iPhone 6s Plus

When actress Olivia Wilde was given the job of directing the latest music video from Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros, for the song "No Love Like Yours," she chose to film it using the iPhone 6s Plus. Not exactly a new concept in Hollywood, filming with an iPhone and various accessories meant that Wilde and her crew did not need to lug around heavy camera equipment during the two-day shoot.

With the help of cinematographer Reed Morano, the video was filmed using a total of six iPhones, along with a number of accessories, including lens attachments and mounts. The video itself was shot in 4K, and edited using FiLMiC Pro for iPhone and iPad.

Apple also shared a number of images from behind the scenes of the video shoot:

Speaking with Mashable, Morano said that she was impressed by what she could do with the phone:

"It takes a lot to impress me, and we were really impressed with the images we were able to get," Reed said. "It's also an amazing reminder that it's not really about the equipment you have and the tools you use that create something powerful; it's about the people and what it is you're doing.
