Launch Center Pro adding Today widget support on September 15

Contrast founder David Barnard has announced that the developer's Launch Center Pro will hit version 2.5 on Tuesday, September 15. Coming with this update will be a Today widget for the Notification Center, along with support for over 100,000 applications.

With a widget, Launch Center Pro users will be able to start actions without needing to open the app first. Currently, Launch Center Pro allows you to build and execute a number of actions on both your iPhone and iPad all from one place. You can do things like directly open the camera in Instagram, or create a new OmniFocus task.

Launch Center Pro 2.5 will arrive on September 15 for the iPhone version of the app as a free update. An update is currently still in the works for the iPad version of the app.

You can grab the current version of Launch Center Pro for iPhone from the App Store right now.
