Apple Music scored a major exclusive when the streaming service announced earlier this month it would exclusively debut Taylor Swift's new concert documentary film "The 1989 World Tour Live". That video went live today as promised, but a number of Apple Music users have since posted word they have been unable to access the documentary.
The official Apple Music Help Twitter account has been flooded with complaints similar to this one:
"I have been trying for 3 hours to play #1989WorldTourLIVE and have only got 20mins in because of constant freezing! help!"
So far, Apple Music's Twitter account has not mentioned any possible reason for this issue, although it has been responding to the constant stream of help requests from users, asking them questions such as which devices they are using to stream the video and their location.
