Minuum resizing keyboard comes to iOS to alleviate your autocorrect woes

Resizable keyboard Minuum is now available for devices running iOS 8. Minuum uses a combination of gestures and autocorrect for accurate typing, but the key feature is its size. Minuum can display as a full-sized keyboard, but you can also shrink Minuum to occupy a small amount of space, letting you see as much of the screen as you need.

It's in the small size that Minuum's autocorrect becomes really important. Since you have limited amount of space, you won't get the right letter every time. When you type, Minuum both automatically corrects your spelling, as well as present you with choices that you can select manually. Using Minuum in a standard keyboard layout allows you to teach the autocorrect. Minuum also relies on gestures. Swipe up to expand the keyboard, and down to shrink it. Swipe left to delete, and right to space.

For now, Minuum is English-only, though support for more languages is on the way. You can download Minuum for iPhone from the App Store right now. It's on sale for a limited time, after which it will be available for $3.99.
