Which Gen 4 Pokémon will be Regional in Pokémon Go?

We won't know for sure until Gen 4 launches.

What will they do with Mime Jr. considering Mr. Mime is already a Regional?

This is the thousand Euro question. Babies currently only hatch from eggs and Regionals currently don't hatch from eggs. There are also no regions with two exclusive Pokémon (overlapping Regionals notwithstanding.)

So, something is going to have to give.

Are there any Gen 4 Regionals?

Three so far:

  1. Pachirisu —Regional to the far north of Canada, Russia, Alaska (above Tauros)
  2. Chatot — Regional to the southern part of the Southern Hemisphere, including southern South America, Africa, and Australasia.
  3. Carnivine —Southern United States and Caribbean.

Lake Trio

The Lake Trio represent the "spirit of all consciousness", with Uxie as knowledge, Mesprit as emotion, and Azelf as willpower.
