Keep reading to score $5 off Kindle eBooks this summer

Amazon has yet another great offer for Prime members in the lead-up to Prime Day 2019. Members can earn a $5 credit to use towards any Kindle eBook purchase when you spend $20 or more on Kindle eBooks from now through July 14. You can spend the whole $20 in one transaction, or in multiple ones, though you'll need to activate the offer on your account first by clicking the blue 'Activate Now' button on the offer page. After you've reached the $20 goal, you should receive an email within four days letting you know that the credit has been applied to your account. The credit does expire after 30 days, so make sure to use it before then!
If you're not a Prime member yet, you should be. You'll gain access to this deal along with all the Prime-exclusive offers we're seeing this month thanks to Amazon's upcoming Prime Day. Starting a free 30-day trial can get you in on all of them too.
Spend $20, Get $5 on Kindle eBooks
Amazon's giving Prime members a way to stay well-read this summer at a discount. Spending $20 or more on Kindle eBooks through July 14 can earn you $5 towards eBooks on Amazon for a limited time.
Today's Kindle eBooks offer is stellar because it doesn't have any restrictions on which eBooks you can buy to redeem it. However, digital magazines, subscriptions like Kindle Unlimited, and all physical books are not eligible for this offer. Pre-ordering eBooks will not contribute to reaching the $20 goal either.
A quick way to earn the credit would be by picking up a full series like Game of Thrones or Harry Potter, both of which would earn you the credit instantly. Just make sure you've activated the offer before your purchase. For more ideas, take a look through the Kindle Books store.
If you don't have a Kindle yet, it's likely we'll see a deal on a few models come Prime Day. Then again, you don't need one to read Kindle eBooks; they're all able to be read using the free Kindle app on devices like your smartphone, tablet, and computer.
