Just don't expect the body fat percentage or the heart rate to be correct. I have one and those measurements are all over the place. I've contacted support and they insist that everything is correct with the scale and won't do anything. I'm sorry but when the heart rate is out by over 40 beats per minute the scale is wrong.

Mine seems to forget network settings once every 4 weeks or so. It simply refuses to upload any more data to the companion app/website and requires removal of the batteries and the full reconnection process to get it uploading again.

I've had mine for 6 months or so. Works fantastic. Once I set it up it's been running fine every since. Even updates it's firmware automatically once in a while. In fact I've got the Withings Pulse and the Withings BPM. All integrate with the IOS and Web App seemlessly. Being something of a tech enthusiast these devices have helped me lose about 15 pounds.
