What you need to know

  • Apple has released its latest "Shot on iPhone" campaign video.
  • "A Dozen Eggs" was directed by "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" director Michel Gondry.
  • It was, of course, completely shot on the iPhone 13 Pro.

Apple has released its latest video in its long-standing "Shot on iPhone" campaign.

The new video, titled "A Dozen Eggs," was shot by Michel Gondry. You can watch the imaginative short film below:

Commissioned by Apple. What happens when you take a dozen eggs, add iPhone 13 Pro and throw in the inventive mind of Michel Gondry? The simple becomes cinema.

Gondry is a French director most known for directing the mind-bending "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind," a drama film starring Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet.

"A Dozen Eggs" is yet another piece of work that shows off the power of the cameras that are built into the new iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max that Apple released back in September. This year, each camera received notable upgrades in quality, zoom, and low-light performance.

Apple also announced that the new iPhone 13 Pro cameras could shoot in ProRes, an industry-standard video codec that enables even more detail in each frame and a smooth process between shooting with your iPhone and editing on your iPad or Mac.
