Update, August 3 (8:30 pm ET): The Apple online store is back with a completely new design.

If you are trying to access Apple's Online Store right now, then you may be having some issues accessing it. While apple.com seems to be accessible, whenever you try to purchase something and click "Buy," you'll get the "We'll be right back" message.

This appears to be an outage of some kind, as the timing is a little off. It's Tuesday evening in the United States, and well past night in other parts of the world. We have had no expectations of new products this week, so this appears to be an outage, at least that's what we're speculating.

If there are any notable changes when the Apple Online Store comes back, we'll be sure to let you know.
