European commissioners say mobile roaming fees within the EU will end as soon as next year

If you live anywhere in the European Union, you'll be glad to know that starting next year, you will no longer be charged mobile roaming fees anywhere within the EU. The change, which may go into effect as soon as July of 2014, would apply to voice calls, texting, and data according to The Telegraph.

AT&T adds new "administrative fee" to our phone bills, adds up to hundreds of millions in extra charges each year

AT&T has quietly added a new administrative fee that is now appearing on the bills of postpaid customers. The fee is for $0.61 and shows up as a line item under the surcharges and other fees section. According to The Verge who spoke with AT&T, the new fee was enacted help cover expenses for items such as cell sites and maintenance.

AT&T will require you to be on a Mobile Share plan to use FaceTime over cellular

iOS 6 will allow users to use FaceTime over the cellular network as opposed to just Wi-Fi. AT&T has released a statement saying they will not charge extra for the FaceTime over cellular feature but you'll need to be on one of their new Mobile Share plans in order to have access to it.
