What you need to know

  • Apple has released two new 'Behind the Mac' videos.
  • 'Behind the Mac with FINNEAS' goes through the artist/producer's creative process.
  • 'Behind the Mac: Headed for College' features the moment some students find out they got accepted to college.

Apple has released two new 'Behind the Mac' videos that show off the creative process as well as one of the most joyous moments of life.

The first video, titled 'Behind the Mac with FINNEAS', brings viewers into FINNEAS's creative process when he is writing music. FINNEAS is, of course, the brother of Billie Eilish.

FINNEAS gives an in-depth look at how he creates behind the Mac. Calling it "the last instrument I learned", he shows how the next generation of makers need only the Mac and an idea to express themselves on a global scale.

The song featured in the video is "Can't Wait To Be Dead" by FINNEAS and you can check it out on Apple Music.

The other video is titled 'Behind the Mac: Headed for College' and shows off that wonderful moment when you're in high school and you realize you just got accepted to college. All of the students featured in the video, of course, are on a Mac when they find out they got accepted.

Celebrating college acceptance season and all those students starting their next chapter behind the Mac.

Yesterday, Apple announced a brand new colorful iMac with a complete redesign. The new iMacs also feature the M1 processor, something that was key to building the new iMac in the way the company wanted to.

Apple is also expected to release a new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro later this year. The new MacBook Pros, according to an earlier report, are expected to add back the HDMI port, SD card slot, and MagSafe connector.
