The Apple Watch Series 3 with Cellular is down to its lowest ever price at Amazon at $199

Even after the Series 5 was announced, Apple kept around the Apple Watch Series 3 as an affordable entry-level option. Since then, we've seen a few sales that have made it an even more attractive option, like this one at Amazin offering the 38mm Apple Watch Series 3 with GPS + Cellular for only $199. That's $30 less than it has been going for in recent weeks and a match for the lowest we've seen it go. The deal is matching a limited-time sale at Walmart.

Apple Watch Series 3 is capable of tracking your health and fitness with its precise movement and heart rate sensors, and can sync all of it to your iPhone. It has built-in GPS for tracking running and cycling workouts and, with built-in cellular connectivity, you can leave your phone at home without worrying about missing a call or text or needing to get in touch with someone in an emergency. The Series 3 is also water-resistant to 50 meters making it a great choice for swimmers.
You can use the Apple Watch to get the notifications you want from your iPhone right on your wrist, and can respond using your voice or Tapback. There's 8GB of on-board storage for saving music and you can hook up Bluetooth headphones to the watch itself for playback. Alternatively, you can make and receive calls using just the Apple Watch's built-in mic and speaker if you want to get all Dick Tracy. The bands can be changed out for any of Apple's own as well as a bunch of third-party options to mix it up each day.
Rene Ritchie just took another look at the Series 3 Watch in 2019 and concluded that:
...even in 2019, Apple Watch Series 3 is still one of the best health and fitness trackers and motivators, connected communications and emergency contact bands, and wearable computer platforms in the world. That's why, starting at $199, I expect it to fly off the shelves and into a lot of new lives this year.
