Cyber Monday's 10.5-inch iPad Pro discount makes the older hardware worth buying again

Throughout this year's Black Friday weekend and today's Cyber Monday event, we have seen a smattering of iPad deals. There have been some solid savings to be found, though the truly excellent deals have burned out quickly. This deal on Apple's 10.5-inch iPad Pro is likely to fall into that latter category. With up to 30% off regular prices on Wi-Fi + Cellular models and new record lows, we expect this limited-time sale to sell out pretty quickly.
The 2017 iPad Pro is still super powerful, with Apple's speedy A10X Fusion chip as well as a 12MP camera, four-speaker array, Touch ID, and that beautiful 10.5-inch Retina display with ProMotion, True Tone, and wide color. This sale ends soon.
The Lightning deal discount applies to the 64GB iPad Pro Wi-Fi + Cellular model in rose gold, though the 256GB gold model is also on sale at $599.99. These represent the best price drops we've seen on these since their debut, even beating refurbished sales, though you have to act fast if you want one as these will sell out soon at these prices.
While the models featured are the previous-generation, replaced in late last year by a new lineup, they are still more than capable. The 2017 models feature Apple's powerful A10X Fusion processor, which consists of a 6-core CPU and a 12-core GPU — perfect for editing high-definition video or working on art and design projects. It also supports the Apple Pencil if you want to use the big screen as your sketchbook, and its stereo speaker array turns it into an excellent movie-watching device.
