Another report reiterates that Apple is planning to release new OLED iPad models in 2024 in both 11-inch and 12.9-inch sizes.

From The Elec:

LG Display was currently developing two models of OLED panels that it aiming to supply to Apple's iPads launching in the future, TheElec has learned.LG Display was developing 12.9-inch and 11-inch models, sources said. The company was the exclusive developer of the 12.9-inch model, they said.Samsung Display is also working on developing its own version for the 11-inch model, they added, as previously reported by TheElec.

The report reiterated a previous report from the same source that stated Apple's OLED iPad was expected to debut in 2024. This is the first we've heard of multiple OLED models that will likely replace the iPad Pro, which may get some sort of upgrade later this year.

Last-minute rumors ahead of today's March Event indicate Apple is planning a new iPad Air with M1 chip and 5G, as well as the A15 processor from the iPhone 13. Similar upgrades are expected for the iPhone SE, and Apple also has new Macs and possibly a new external display in the pipeline.
