Several users are reporting disruptions to making purchases or downloading new items from both the iTunes Store and App Store. Additionally, in-app purchases and app updates are also affected. The disruption only appears to impact some users, however, as some users are reporting that the store works just fine.
Apple has yet to acknowledge any issues on its system status page. This is the third such disruption this month, with the other two taking place one day apart from each other only a couple of weeks ago.
