Track your CrossFit workout of the days with myWOD For iPhone and iPad

If you're a CrossFitter, myWOD — All-in-One WOD Log for CrossFit is an iPhone and iPad app for you to log your CrossFit workout of the day (WOD), keep track of your records, and brag share your accomplishments on Facebook and Twitter. myWOD also allows you to log your Max Weight achievements, as well as pull daily WODs directly from CrossFit.com or your favorites gym's RSS feed. If you prefer to create your own custom WODs, you can do that too.

Some other features of myWOD include graphs to see your progress over time, over 100 preloaded common WODs that are remotely updated, and a built-in heart rate monitor. There are also standard, lap, countdown, interval, and Tabata timers. myWOD is universal for iPhone and iPad and keeps your data in sync with iCloud.

If you do CrossFit and pick this one up, let us know what you think!

And don't forget, it's Mobile Nations fitness month and we're giving away tons of great prizes!
