These discounted Philips Hue LightStrips fall to even lower prices with your Prime membership

Update: It looks like the additional Prime discount isn't working for some accounts, and it has expired on the outdoor model. You might still get lucky and snag it with the other two models if you order quickly!

Switching up the vibe of any room is much simpler when you have lights like the Philips Hue LightStrips (opens in new tab) installed. These dimmable LED smart lights can be controlled using an app on your phone and can change from over 16 million colors at your command. They're not the most inexpensive light strips out there, and you need a Hue Hub (opens in new tab) for them to work properly in your home, but considering that select models are on sale at Amazon right now, with Prime members scoring an additional 15% off during checkout, now's a better time than most to make the purchase.

If you're not a Prime member, you can start a free 30-day trial (opens in new tab) to activate the 15% discount for your account.

Philips Hue LightStrips (opens in new tab)

It's been a week since Prime Day and Amazon's still pulling out exclusive Prime discounts you won't want to miss, like this 15% discount on select Philips Hue LightStrips.

The two main versions of the LightStrip in today's sale include an indoor 80-inch version (opens in new tab) and an outdoor 16-feet version (opens in new tab) that fall to just $58.64 and $115.59 respectively with the additional Prime discount at checkout. That's around $20 off the indoor version's average cost and $45 off what the outdoor model normally sells for. Both of them work similarly with app compatibility, and they're able to be voice-controlled with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa compatible devices like the Echo Dot (opens in new tab), though the outdoor version is 100% weatherproof.

The Dimmable LightStrip Plus Extension (opens in new tab) is also on sale today, dropping to just $18.69 with the Prime discount. This kit allows you to extend the indoor LightStrip by another 40 inches, and it normally sells for about $8 more than this.
