Yet another limited edition Nintendo Switch console bundle is being released to store shelves this year just in time for the holiday season — the Diablo III Eternal Collection Edition bundle. Available exclusively at GameStop for United States customers, this version of Nintendo's latest handheld console will be sold for $359.99 at launch with a few bonuses that any fan of the revered video game series should appreciate.
Blizzard Entertainment announced just a few months ago that Diablo 3 would be arriving on the Nintendo Switch in a package collecting its Reaper of Souls and Rise of the Necromancer expansion packs along with the base game. This version of the game also has a few extra bonuses you won't find anywhere else, which are inspired by The Legend of Zelda, such as a Ganondorf-like cosmetic armor set and a Cucco pet. All of it will be included as a download via the Nintendo eShop with your purchase of the console bundle.
The console included in the bundle features some sleek Diablo artwork on both the dock and the back of the handheld screen. A Diablo 3 Edition carrying case comes with the set as well which matches the console's aesthetic nicely.
If you're already the proud owner of a Nintendo Switch, you may just want to pre-order the game at Amazon which is set to be released on November 2. The console bundle at GameStop is set for release on the same day.
Another very cool Nintendo Switch bundle, the Super Smash Bros Ultimate Edition console, will go on sale beginning November 2 as well, with other bundles like the Fortnite: Double Helix set already available for purchase.
