Apple and Amazon have partnered to launch support for Apple Podcasts on Amazon Echo devices.

As reported by 9to5Mac, the news means you will now be able to access Apple's library of some 800,000 shows directly through your Amazon Echo. You'll also be able to ask Alexa to play them for you.

  • It always great to read about new features. It’s disappointing when I try to turn on the feature Apple podcasts or Apple Music, & get the it’s not supported in your region. Very odd because I’m subscribed to Apple Music & use the Podcast as well.
  • Thank you for half the story...... so US only currently.
  • This always really annoys me, I wish they'd just put this in the title, it's almost like they think the whole of the people that visit this site are US-based
