Rene, Hangouts changes are called updates. No other app can do what it does as well and it is FREE.. Free is good.

Give me a popup that says: Looking for the start button? It's over here now!

They do it in gmail, Google Drive has one right now. They should do it for Hangouts.

(And YouTube; I couldn't even find Video Manager when they moved it a couple weeks ago.)
