What you need to know
- The Apple Card Twitter account has gone live.
- The account sent out its first tweet 19 hours ago confirming the card is available to everyone.
- Apple first created the account back in April but it only went live yesterday.
You are not official to the world until you have a Twitter account, and so the Apple Card has obliged. The Apple Card has begun tweeting with its new Twitter account that you can now follow.
The account was created back in April 2019, but it only went live yesterday sending out its first and only tweet so far. The tweet announced that the Apple Card is now available for everyone. If you want to scoop up the card everyone is talking about, just apply for it through the Wallet app.
Here's what the bio for the Apple Card reads: "A new kind of credit card. Created by Apple, not a bank. Sign up for yours now."
As of the writing of this post, the account has 6,643 followers but expect that number to increase rapidly. As for who the account is following, that would be no one. Maybe it'll throw a follow to the main Apple account or Tim Cook in the coming days.
If you want to keep up with Apple Card news, you should give its Twitter account a follow.
