Eager to get your hands on a new iPhone 11? At Verizon you can trade in your old phone, even if it's an older generation, and get $500 off any iteration of the iPhone 11. The deal requires signing up with one of the new phones on a new line of service using one of Verizon's Unlimited plans. After you buy the phone, you'll have 30 days to trade in the old one. Once it has been received is when the $500 in promo credits will start being applied toward your monthly bill.

You can also get $200 in the form of a prepaid Mastercard when you switch over. If you're already a Verizon customer and just want to upgrade to Apple's latest and greatest, you can do the trade in deal but you'll only get up to $200 off.

Includes any version of the iPhone 11. Old Apple phones and Android phones work. Trade in an iPhone 7 or newer, Samsung Galaxy S8+ or newer, Note8 or newer, Pixel 2 or newer, LG G8, LG V50, or Red Hydrogen One. Older phones get $300 off.

So what phones are eligible? Verizon isn't being picky here. If you're just upgrading an old iPhone, your iPhone 7 or newer will do just fine. For Android phones, you can trade in the Samsung Galaxy S8 or newer, the Google Pixel 2 or newer, the LG G8 ThinQ, the LG V50 ThinQ, or the RED HYDROGEN One. That's plenty of options worth getting rid of for something fancy and new. Phones older than these will net you up to $300 (or $100 if you're upgrading).

This trade-in deal works with the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max. You can even do it with the iPhone XS or XS Max if you want.

After you've actived your new phone and signed up on a new line with an Unlimited plan, visit the Verizon Promotion Center. Use the code FALLSWITCH and then fill out the rest of the info. You'll get a $200 prepaid Mastercard sent to you within eight weeks.

We've got a lot to say about the new iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro. For the latter, read our initial hands-on impression and then check out a more in-depth review from a week later. In fact, a lot of people had a lot to say about it, and you can see more of that in our review roundup. Just need it all summed up for you? Here's everything you need to know about Apple's new smartphones.

That's a lot of info to digest, but the key takeaway is that this is another great phone generation from Apple. We gave both the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro 4.5 stars and a The Best badge. For the iPhone 11, Rene Ritchie said "...with the added ultra wide camera and Night Mode, improved selfies, industry-leading A13 Bionic chipset, Gigabit LTE and Wi-Fi 6, and iOS 13 operating system... iPhone 11 is the most compelling iPhone Apple has ever made."
