Amazon Prime Day is just one week away but you don't have to wait until July 15 to start saving. Amazon is already offering its Prime (opens in new tab) members a hefty discount on Ring's Video Doorbell Pro (opens in new tab), dropping it down to a new all-time low price. It's currently on sale for just $169 which is $80 off its retail price and lower than we've ever seen it go, even beating last year's Prime Day offer by $5. It hasn't been available for less than $190 since then. Plus, Amazon is including a free Echo Dot with its purchase, regularly priced at $50.

Ring's Video Doorbell Pro takes the place of your existing hardwired doorbell at home. It's equipped with a 1080p HD camera featuring infrared night vision that lets you view its video feed using an app on your smartphone, tablet, or computer, and you'll be able to do so from anywhere in the world. It's also equipped with a microphone and built-in speaker that allows you to speak with any visitors that arrive at your door. There's an integrated motion sensor as well which can send an alert to your phone even before the doorbell is pressed. Plus, with Ring's Lifetime Theft Protection, you can rest easy knowing that if this device is ever stolen, you can get a replacement for free.

Ring devices like the one above are even compatible with Amazon Alexa. That means you'll be able to use the included Echo Dot (opens in new tab) to receive notifications whenever your doorbell is pressed or motion is detected. If you have a device at home like the Echo Show (opens in new tab), Alexa will not only share announcements, but also let you see and talk to visitors on the Echo's screen.

This deal is only available to Amazon Prime members. If you don't have an Amazon Prime membership, starting a free 30-day trial (opens in new tab) right now will make your account eligible for this deal and all the great deals we'll see during Prime Day next week.
