Serenity Caldwell has left iMore to join Apple's communications team. I miss her already but I couldn't be more proud. In her time at iMore, Ren helped shape not just what we cover but how we cover it.
She's all heart, soul, music, skating, and doodle. From her monumental coverage of Apple Music and Apple Watch, to her epic Apple Pencil and iPad 2018 reviews, she always found not only the most interesting angles but the most amazing ways to tell her stories.
And she did it all while managing iMore, mentoring her team, representing Montreal and Canada at the Roller Derby World Cup, coaching, podcasting, and wearing oh so many other hats. With style and grace.
Now, Ren is off to start her next adventure.
Carrying on for her as managing editor of iMore is Lory Gil. Lory has been working at iMore for a few years already and, for the last long while, serving as Serenity's second in command.
This week, Lory takes command.
I won't spoil what she has planned but I will say I'm beyond excited for what comes next.
Thanks for your continued support. You are and always have been the best damn community on the 'net and in the 'verse, and we're grateful to serve you each and every day.
