The iDevices Switch, an upcoming HomeKit-enabled smart plug, will launch this October. The Switch will be available for purchase from hardware and home improvement chain Lowe's, both in their retail stores and online.
The Switch plugs into a standard electrical socket, enabling you to turn on the many plug-in appliances around your home like lights, stereos, and fans. As with other HomeKit devices, the Switch allows you to create different "scenes", specific groups of appliances that can be controlled as a group. All of this is controlled from the iDevices Connected app (opens in new tab), available now on the App Store.

Probably looking right at it but how much is it? Too lazy to read it and didn't see it when I skimmed through Sent from the iMore App
No price yet. I would be a great way to have my coffee and kitchen light to turn on before I get up. Now I just need a Homekit device that can also make the coffee at night to. Sent from the iMore App
Would be cheaper to just get a pot with a timer on it. Most all of them with a built in clock already have that feature.
Not only fugly and uninspired but crap design too. One socket? That's it? I like the night light and all but practical this thing isn't. Take this turd back to the drawing board. Go buy a shit load of six socket surge protector plug ins and jack your control board inside it.
