Microsoft continues to push Edge through its various developer and beta channels as it gets closer to public launch.
Microsoft rolled out an update that optimized Microsoft Edge Dev for Apple's new M1 chips. The update also brings a handful of other changes, including some improvements for PDFs within the browser.
Microsoft Edge Canary now natively supports Apple's M1 processors. With native M1 support, the browser runs better on new Mac devices and can take full advantage of the new silicon.
