The British Academy of Film and Television Arts have announced the nominees for the 2021 BAFTA awards and three Apple TV+ series picked up nominations for the event. 'Little America,' 'Earth at Night in Color,' and 'Tiny World' have all been nominated for a 2021 BAFTA TV award.

'Little America,' the anthology drama series, has been nominated in the International category. 'Earth at Night in Color,' the technically groundbreaking nature documentary series, has been nominated in the Sound: Factual category. 'Tiny World,' the lovable nature documentary series narrated by Paul Rudd, has been nominated in the Photography: Factual category.

Apple's broadly acclaimed series "Little America," which explores the inspiring and heartfelt stories of immigrants in America, was nominated for a British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) Award in the International series category. Groundbreaking Apple TV+ unscripted series "Tiny World" and "Earth At Night In Color," which celebrate humanity and the wonder of nature, were nominated for Photography: Factual and Sound: Factual, respectively. The BAFTA TV Awards honor the best British programs and performances of the year.These nominations mark Apple's BAFTA TV Awards debut and follows a string of accolades for Apple TV+ series and films, including Academy Award nominations, SAG Awards, Critics Choice Awards, Critics Choice Documentary Awards, Golden Globe Awards, Daytime and Primetime Emmy Awards, NAACP Image Awards, a Peabody Award and more, earning 106 wins and 367 nominations in just under a year and a half.
