This year a few different staple jailbreak tweaks got sherlocked by Apple. Let's take a look at which ones did, which ones didn't, and where that leaves the state of the jailbreak when it comes to iOS 7.

Did you jailbreak iOS 6 with evasi0n? [Poll]

Did you Jailbreak iOS 6 with Evasi0n?

[evasi0n], the iOS 6 and iPhone 5 jailbreak, has been live for a couple of days now, so we want to know: did you pull the trigger? And if so, why?

For some, jailbreak makes the mainstream iOS decidedly more pro-friendly, adding numerous tweaks, themes, and other features that not only round out, but complete the experience. For others, it makes a stable system just as decidedly unstable.

If you did jailbreak, tell us the features you couldn't live without, and what you've done to make your iPhone or iPad perfect for your needs. If you didn't jailbreak, tell us what concerns you have, or why the jailbreak features aren't, or are no longer, compelling for you.

As of tomorrow, unauthorized unlocking of new, on-contract iPhones will be illegal in the U.S.

Due to a ruling by the Librarian of Congress, come tomorrow it will be illegal to unlock a new, on-contract iPhone -- or any phone -- in the U.S. If you bought your iPhone before tomorrow, or if you bought a factory unlocked iPhone straight from Apple, or off-contract, full priced iPhone from carriers, or your contract is over, you shouldn't be subject to any restrictions. Doing it on your own via Jailbreak, however, will be strictly verboten, and likely subject to prosecution by law enforcement and the Batman.
