Thor: The Dark World is in theaters now, and you can catch-up on iTunes and Amazon!

The sequel to the 2011 Thor feature film, and the 2012 Avengers team-up, Thor: The Dark World, opened wide in theaters this weekend. I just saw it and it's pretty much the Iron Man 2 of the Thor series. More action, but less consistency. In other words, if you're a fan of Marvel, Midgard, or the mighty Mjolnir, you'll have a ton of fun. If you're not up to speed on the Thor movies, or the Marvel Cinematic Universe, however, or if you simply want to read the awesome, epic Walter Simonson source material from whence it was all drawn, iTunes and Amazon have you covered.

Rene Ritchie says:

Yup! Netflix isn't available everywhere, and content varies, but if you can watch it there, and you subscribe, certainly do that!

SockRolid says:

Looking forward to seeing it. Hiddleston has such charisma and acting skill that he breezed through Thor and The Avengers. He's one of those actors who can tell the audience more about his character than the character knows about himself. Pretty tough to do.

But it's Ender's Game first for me. Read the paperback, read it in iBooks twice.

Darryl Brian says:

Yea, Ender's Game was awesome. It caught me off guard. I didn't expect it to be as good as it was.

Both Thor and Loki are wonderfully portrayed, as always.

Rene, read the title of the article too fast and thought for a quick second that Apple was doing something different! I thought that it read, catch the movie in iTunes now...I got super excited that it might be a possibility that Apple releases the movie in iTunes at the same time it's released in the theaters...why not? Great idea for a future article!
