Reported by 9to5Mac, an Apple reseller in Switzerland may have accidentally leaked the release date of the upcoming MagSafe Duo Charger. According to the reseller's website, the new charger for the iPhone 12 lineup may launch on December 21.
Digitec Galaxus is a popular store in Switzerland that offers a variety of products, including Apple devices — the store is even considered an Apple Authorized Reseller by the company. A 9to5Mac reader noted today that the MagSafe Duo charger is now available to pre-order from Digitec Galaxus. Moreover, the store suggests that orders will arrive as of December 21.
Customers of the site are already able to preorder the charger, and the reseller is telling those who have placed an order to expect delivery of the device between December 21 and 29.
We were able to find the MagSafe Duo charger in the store, and in fact, consumers can already order it there. There's a disclaimer on the store's website saying that orders made today will be delivered between December 21 and 29, and the same applies for in-store pickup.

Apple has listed the MagSafe Duo Charger on its website for a while now but has not yet announced when it will be available to order. While Digitec Galaxus's website could be our first hint as to when we might be able to get our hands on the new device, it could have been listed in error so we'll have to wait and see if this pans out.
