The eBay Crash Sale features amazing deals the same time as Prime Day

Better mark July 15 on your calendar. It's going to be a busy time. Not only will you have your eyes fixed on Amazon's Prime Day, but you'll also be focusing on Target Deal Days and now the eBay Crash Sale. Starting July 15, the Crash Sale will feature deals more than 50% off top brands with free shipping and no membership required.
They're calling it a Crash Sale because they expect Amazon to crash when Prime Day goes live, and when that happens you can expect eBay to drop some truly unique deals to celebrate the occasion.
New Low Prices
As per usual, eBay is poking a little fun at Amazon with this sale. I mean, that's why the sale will emphasize "no membership required" quite often since Amazon's big event requires a Prime membership (opens in new tab) to take full advantage of it. But also, it's called a "Crash Sale" because last year Amazon crashed when Prime Day went live. So eBay is saying if you can't access Amazon, come to eBay for deals that are just as good.
The deals on eBay aren't content to just be around in case Amazon messes up though. In fact, you can expect the deals to start much, much sooner. The first big event will be from July 1 to July 7, featuring seven days of savings in honor of Independence Day. You can expect to save as much as 85% on stand mixers, cookware, robotic vacuums, camping gear, outdoor toys, and more. Between July 8 and July 22, during the "Hot Deals for Hot Days" event, you can expect to find all new deals every day on tech, smart home devices, home appliances, and more. And right in the middle of that, the Crash Sale will have doorbuster savings over 50% off major brands like Apple, Samsung, KitchenAid, and others. Plus, eBay promises a "fresh batch of too-good-to-be-true" deals if Amazon crashes.
The Best Price Guarantee at eBay should also entice you to pay more attention during these events because eBay will give you 110% of the price difference if you find a product going for less at a competitor (like Amazon).

J.D. Levite has been in the deals game since 2012. He has posted daily deals at Gizmodo, The Wirecutter, The Sweethome, and now for Thrifter. He was there for the first Prime Day and has braved the full force of Black Friday. If you cut him, he bleeds savings. But don't try it for real. That's a metaphor.
