Apple Back To School Deals (opens in new tab)

Apple's letting students snag a free pair of Beats headphones with the purchase of a discounted Mac or iPad via its website. Not a student? This offer is open to parents, teachers, and faculty too!

The latest Mac computers are up to $200 off (opens in new tab) when you browse through Apple's Back to School page, which includes models of the MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, the iMac, and the iMac Pro. Once you choose a computer, you'll be directed to a page where you can select between different pairs and colors of Beats headphones, including over-ear models and in-ear versions originally priced at up to $350. In total, this deal has the opportunity of saving you up to $550.

Various editions of the iPad are included (opens in new tab) in this month's offer too, including the iPad Air and the iPad Pro which start at $479 and $749 respectively. Unlike with the Mac computers, there are only two free models of Beats headphones you can choose between when buying an iPad (Beats Solo3 Wireless or BeatsX Earphones), though there's also the option of paying a discounted price of $150 for a pair of Beats Studio3 Wireless headphones. There's a free engraving option that appears before checkout as well that you might want to consider.

Apple is rounding out its Back to School offers by taking an extra 20% off AppleCare+ (opens in new tab) with your purchase of one of the items above. AppleCare+ gives you an extended three-year warranty, adds up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage, and allows you access to Apple's 24/7 experts via phone or the internet in case you ever need quick help.
