Tim Cook puts in Apple Store appearance for launch of iPhone SE, 9.7-inch iPad Pro

To celebrate the launch of the iPhone SE and 9.7-inch iPad Pro, Apple CEO Tim Cook stopped by Palo Alto Apple Store near the company's campus. Cook shook hands and spoke with customers and retail staff during the visit.

Cook often makes launch-day visits to Apple Stores to spend time with customers and see how they respond to Apple's latest products. For instance, Cook spent the launch of the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus visiting the Apple Store in Georgetown in Washington D.C.
