Logic Pro X gets updated, adds new Drummers, new EQ plugin interface, more

Logic Pro X, Apple's reimagined pro-level audio editor for OS X, has just ben updated to version 10.0.5. Features include 3 new Drummers, 11 new Drum Kit Designer patches, enhancements to Channel EQ and Linear Phase EQ plugins, including redesigned interfaces, and a bunch of fixes and performance enhancements. Nothing in there reads updated for the new Mac Pro, but then Logic Pro X probably isn't anywhere nearly as GPU scalable as Final Cut Pro X.

If you already own Logic Pro X, the update is free. If not, you can grab the whole package now via the Mac App Store.
