Paper by fiftythree updated with expanded color options, Pogo connect support

Paper by fiftythree, the popular iPad sketching app, has recieved a major update with a focus on expanded color options. New features center mostly around colors, including a color mixer, and new palettes. Additionally, Paper has added support for the Pogo Connect Bluetooth stylus, tweaking Paper’s Expressive Ink Engine to respond to pressure when using the Connect.

Paper by fiftythree update brings faster ink, edge-to-edge drawing, and more

The popular iPad sketching app Paper by fiftythree has been updated with some really great features including faster ink, edge-to-edge drawing, new gestures, an improved Rewind feature, and more. Paper focuses on being able to bring focus to their users and providing a natural creative experience. This upgrade makes that experience even better.

Apple announces 2012 design award winners

At WWDC 2012, Apple held an event where they announced the winners of the Apple Design Awards. Each winner won a special ADA winner lanyard, a MacBook Air, a new iPad, an iPod touch, and an ADA trophy. Developers were were awarded from the following categories: Student, Mac, iPhone, and iPad.

Paper by 53 for iPad is exactly what the name implies, a fresh canvas ready and waiting for your ideas, inspiration, and art. While hand drawing and handwriting note-taking apps are nothing new to the iPad or App Store, Paper feels qualitatively different in kind. It has a focus, a flow, a humanity, and a technology about it that somehow come together to create one of the most natural creative experience I've had on the iPad to date.
