HomePod mini is even getting in on the news cycle today.

Spotted by MacRumors, Apple has revealed that the HomePod mini, the company's tiny smart speaker, will be launching in more countries in June. The speaker will be launching in Austria, New Zealand, and Ireland.

The HomePod mini will cost €99 in Austria and Ireland and $159 in New Zealand.

Apple today announced that the HomePod mini will be launching in additional countries in June, including Austria, New Zealand, and Ireland.Pricing is set at €99 in Austria and Ireland, and $159 in New Zealand, with the usual space gray and white color options.

This brings the HomePod mini to a total of 13 countries. It is still expected to also launch in China, Mexico, and Taiwan later this year.

HomePod mini first launched in October 2020 in the United States, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Spain, and the UK, with availability expanded to China, Mexico, and Taiwan later in the year.

HomePod mini brings most of the features of the original HomePod into a smaller, more adorable form factor that people have loved, including iMore's Stephen Warwick, who had great things to say in his review:

The HomePod mini is a truly excellent speaker, and there's plenty to love. Compared to Apple's original HomePod, it has a tiny form factor, standing just 3.3-inches tall. That makes it great for squeezing into small spaces, and a dream addition to an office, kitchen, or bedroom that won't take up all the space of its big brother.

The HomePod mini is Apple's only smart speaker now. The company announced that it would be discontinuing the original full-sized HomePod earlier this year.
