Todo for Mac updated with new UI, customization options and bug fixes

While the folks from Appigo have been busy updating their fantastic Todo app for iOS, it was time for the Mac version to get some love as well and as such, v3.1.0 is now available on the Mac App Store.

This release covers quite a few things such as a new UI, new customization options and of course, the usual bug fixes and improvements. We've got he full change log for everyone to look through.

  • Completely new user interface to match the award winning iOS Todo apps
  • Bug fixes and performance improvements
  • Customization options including a new set of icons and colors
  • Fixed backwards compatibility bug affecting users on OS X 10.8 and 10.7

  • I don't care for the layout. Too much white space and it is too wide to read easily. Newspaper columns were narrow for a reason.
  • I was pretty close to pulling the trigger on OmniFocus 2 but that was going to require a $80 investment ($40 for mac version, $20 for iPhone version, $20 for iPad Version). However Todo seems to fit all 99% of my needs. I love the new UI. My only wish is that it supported Applescript.
  • I don’t want to be mean but the UI is just terrible. These guys really should fire their UI designer or get one.
