There's already true smart watches on the market. Most advanced right now is the suunto ambit. Check in out and I guarantee you will be amazed on the features it includes. Apple would be competing with these devices widely used in the fitness, outdoorsman, sports, mountaineering crowds. The next logical step is for these devices is pairing with your phone. I wouldn't buy a glorified notification center on my wrist over my suunto ambit. But I would like that addition to it.
