What's new on the App Store: Activity++, LOUD on Planet X, and more

We start our look at new apps this week with Activity++, a new way to view the activity data from your Apple Watch. If you're interested in getting a tattoo, check out Ink Hunter, which lets you virtually try a tattoo on your arm. Hemingboard is a third-party keyboard with its own thesaurus, pun finder, and rhyming dictionary. Finally, check out Spun, which lets you mashup and remix video memes.

Games this week begin with LOUD on Planet X, a new arcade-style music game. Tropical Wars is a new strategy game that sees you control an army of pirate koalas. You can also check out Loop Mania, a colorful, single-tap reflex game. If platforming is more your speed, you can head off on an action-filled adventure in Star Knight.

With the NBA Playoffs in full swing, the App Store has collected a number of apps surrounding the event. For instance, you can keep track of the tournament or watch games with the official NBA app or ESPN. You can also check in on your favorite teams, like the Miami Heat or Golden State Warriors, through their official apps.
