I sit back and wait...and wait...for it to at least be stable enough to stay up. After jumping in with both feet (foolish!) back in July when I got my iPhone, I reverted back to Gmail (working fine here), Outlook for calendaring at work, and Mac OS X for media and contacts. Yeah, it's slightly more work to sync in two different places, but I'm not dealing with outages...just watching how it all goes down.
