I don't know if it connected to MobileMe or not, but since I downloaded Itunes 9.1 and the required MobileMe I have not been able to sync any of my Audiobooks with my Ipod.

They're still on Itunes and on my external disc drive, but when trying to sync Itunes just stops as soon as I click on the Books tab.

Are we mortals now going to be required to subscribe to Mobileme? What if we don't want to be part of the Appleborg?

Oops. I spoke too soon. Even though they are separate installs, MobileMe still requires iTunes.

Yeah! I have wanted this for the exact opposite reason most people have. Most people were upset because they didn't want MobileMe when they installed iTunes. I didn't want iTunes everywhere I wanted MobileMe.
